Human Rights Research and Advocacy Consortium will implement the Local Initiatives for Transformation (LIFT) project across Balkh Province, Nangarhar Province, and Zabul Province. The project aims to strengthen the resilience and protection of vulnerable communities through integrated socio-economic and rights-based interventions. HRRAC will provide economic support to 120 women and girls to enhance livelihoods and reduce vulnerability. In addition, the project will facilitate civil documentation support for 450 families, enabling improved access to essential services, legal identity, and protection mechanisms. To promote sustainable impact, the project will also deliver Housing, Land, and Property (HLP) rights training sessions and community awareness dialogues to increase understanding of legal rights, dispute resolution mechanisms, and inclusive community participation.
