In all of its subject areas, including rights-based development, emergency protection, women's empowerment, anti-corruption, peace and reconciliation, environment and climate change, and community-based monitoring, HRRAC approaches all issues from the perspective of human rights. HRRAC has 17 years of expertise in gender mainstreaming, advocating for the most vulnerable members of society, especially women, and increasing the participation of women in public life.
