HRRAC works at national and sub-national levels to watch over the government performance. The main objective of HRRAC government oversight is to enable communities at sub-national level to hold local government accountable and make the processes of service deliveries transparent, efficient and equitable. At national level, HRRAC investigate and expose areas vulnerable to corruption, misuse and for effective reforms. We advocate reforms at extractives, health, education and other public service deliveries to achieve effective, ethical and accountable national government.
HRRAC enable local communities and incorporate them into watch committees. These watch committees work with local government and coordinate with HRRAC at national level in order to follow on and address their complaints, requests and demands.
